Have your dashboard ID, Discord server name, DayZ map, platform, and the affected server profile ready before asking for help.

For feed or event issues, include the exact channel, server profile, and the latest dashboard message or RPT warning if you have it.

For app support

The Android and iPhone app opens the same secure Wandering Bot dashboard. If you cannot log in, use the same dashboard ID and password that works on the website.
