Discord is usually the quickest route for setup questions, dashboard errors, bot commands, feeds, Nitrado connections, DayZ files, events, moderation, shop, or voice support.

Administrators can open a private owner ticket from their own Discord. Members can use the public support server when their server administrator cannot resolve an issue.

What to include

Include your Discord server name, dashboard ID, affected DayZ server profile, platform and map, the exact command or dashboard page used, and the approximate time with your timezone.

For technical problems, attach a screenshot and paste the exact error. For feed or event issues, include the relevant RPT or ADM excerpt and say what you expected to happen.

Never send Discord bot tokens, Nitrado API tokens, FTP passwords, dashboard passwords, Google passwords, or full unredacted credential files by email or in a public Discord channel. Rotate any credential that may have been exposed.
