Request removal of a Wandering Bot dashboard account, mobile-app account, or connected server data from the support team.

Send a verified request

Email dayzwanderingbot@gmail.com from the address associated with your purchase or contact the support team while signed into the relevant dashboard. State which dashboard account and Discord server should be removed.

The support team may ask for proof that you control the account or Discord server before deleting connected data.

What happens next

Access is removed from the requested account and the connected dashboard data is scheduled for deletion. Records that must be retained for payment, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal obligations may be kept only for the required period.

Removing the mobile app from a device does not itself delete the server-side account. Use this request process so the account can be identified and removed safely.
