Manage or cancel your subscription

Manage an existing subscription, update payment details or view invoices in the secure billing portal.

1. Open the portal and enter the email address used for your payment. Stripe verifies access through that email.
2. Select the subscription you want to manage, then choose Cancel subscription to stop its renewal.
3. Review the cancellation date and confirm. For an end-of-period cancellation, your paid access continues until that date.

You can use this page even if you cannot sign in to your Discord dashboard. Opening the portal does not cancel anything; Stripe asks you to confirm your chosen subscription. A free plan has no recurring payment to cancel.

If a subscription is missing, check the email on your payment receipt. For a payment made through another billing provider, use that provider's subscription controls or contact support.
